When it comes to that tricky physical and software integration part of prototyping, Dick (who runs Facio) has been doing it longer than anyone else. From creating rough mock-ups to 'works like, looks like and behaves like' representations, he and his team can bring the customer experience to life in a fantastically convincing way.
